We are happy to offer virtual video tours. We can also send you recorded video walk-throughs, high-quality photos, and all the info you need to rent remotely.

Most of our landlords and property managers are looking for credit scores over 650 and monthly gross (before taxes) income greater than 3x the monthly rent. If you don’t meet the above criteria, most landlords will accept a co-signer that does or guarantor. 

• Application fees are used to cover the costs of credit and background checks and are non-refundable. 
• The first month’s rent is refundable if your application is denied or you do not proceed with the lease signing.
